Millions of Americans have allergic reactions to food every year. Although most food allergies cause relatively mild and minor symptoms, some food allergies can cause severe reactions, and may even be life-threatening.

At Triolo's Bakery, many of our products are made with Tree Nuts, Peanuts Nuts, Dairy, Egg, Wheat, Soy and other ingredients to which people may have allergies. When in doubt, avoid foods using ingredients which you or your guest may have allergies to.

Customers with mild food alergies often ask for Gluten Free products. Although some of our products, such as our French Macarons, do not use ingredients with gluten, we cannot guarantee the product is Gluten Free.

To be safe, please understand that any product made at Triolo's Bakery may have come in contact with a product or surface containing gluten, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, or other ingredient to which you may have allergies.
